On Monday, April 5, 2021 at 12:48 P.M. Campbellsville Police responded to Carol’s Food Mart on Greensburg Road in reference to a possible stolen vehicle, as officers arrived they came into contact with 23-year-old Carolyn Carter of Campbellsville. 

Carter reported that a someone had stolen her vehicle from Carol’s Food Mart while she was inside, after an investigation it was determined that Carter did not have a vehicle stolen, however she was in possession of a stolen vehicle herself.

Ms. Carter was arrested and charged with the following;

Falsely Reporting an Incident

Receiving Stolen Property $10,000 or more

Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License
