A Medic unit owned by Campbellsville-Taylor County EMS was involved in an accident Saturday morning that claimed the life of a Lebanon woman.

Big Dawg News has learned that Rose Lee Grace died as a result of the accident near the Marion County line at the bottom of Muldraugh Hill on US 68. Witnesses say the EMS Vehicle struck the auto that Grace was was a passenger in. Rose Lee Grace was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the EMS vehicle and a passenger were both injured. No other details are known pending a press release by Kentucky State Police.
