It has been 66 days since John "Bam" Carney of Campbellsville was hospitalized with a severe case of pancreatitis and last night the family reported that "Bam" continues to improve as he passed a swallowing test. Bam has also been able to drink water and is talking and getting stronger.
The primary concern are the infection levels and doctors remain optimistic and the family ask for your continued prayers.
John "Bam" Carney is hospitalized at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
Carney is Kentucky State Representative for Taylor and Adair Counties.
