This is a message from Mark Carney speaking on behalf of the Carney family,

Bam is doing good this morning. Able to follow the commands that he can. Still can’t do much with his feet and toes as far as wiggling them. Still has lots of fluid. Has been breathing some without the machines help this morning. Has good  rhythm breathing during that time but can’t take real deep breaths yet.  Getting off the ventilator is not just the breathing part they want more fluids to come off the body before that happens.   So a part of getting fluid off is another 4 hour round of dialysis today. So today we ask you to pray for the fluid in the body to decrease and we ask you to pray for the organs to begin functioning as God indented them to do. Thanks so much for your continued prayers!  We have heard the word miracle time and time again the last few days. To God be the Glory!

Update...

The ventilator has been removed from "Bam" Carney and doctors are working to get his organs to function like normal, Bam remains in ICU at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
