Preschool Screenings and Enrollment will be offered on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 8amCT to 2pmCT at Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Dr, Columbia, KY (enter through Door #13).
Parents/Guardians are asked to bring the following:
- State certified birth certificate
- Physical (within a year)
- Eye exam (within a year
- Immunizations (up to date)
- Proof of income &
- Custody paperwork (if applicable)
