Preschool Registration will be offered from 8amCT to 2pmCT on Friday, April 17th, Friday, May 1st, and Friday, May 8th, 2026 at Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Dr, Columbia, KY (enter through Door #13).
Preschool Screenings and Enrollment will be offered from 8amCT to 2pmCT on Friday, May 15th, 2026.
Parents/Guardians are asked to bring the following:
- State certified birth certificate
- Physical (within a year)
- Eye exam (within a year
- Immunizations (up to date)
- Proof of income
- Custody paperwork
