Deborah "Debbie" Carol Loy, 62, of Russell County died Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Russell County Hospital. She was born July 1, 1958 in Celina, TN to the late Johnny & Mary Mabry Colson.
Debbie was a Laboratory Technician.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Vickie.
