Cordella J. Voils, 82, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, December 18th, 2019 at Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown, KY. She was born in Brownsville, KY on April 5, 1937, a daughter of the late Flora (Denham) and Shirley Wells.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mills and a great granddaughter.
