Rodolphus Ray Taylor, 88, of Campbellsville, KY,
the son of the late Willie Bill and (Lennie (Pryor) Taylor, was born November 17, 1935 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Sunday, April 28, 2024 in Elizabethtown at the Baptist Health Hardin.
Mr. Taylor had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Pleasant Run Baptist Church. He was a retired custodian from Taylor County Elementary School.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Lena Pearl Taylor; a daughter, Karen Taylor; a son, Thomas Taylor; his brothers and sisters: Willie Mae Taylor, Catherine Shockency, Leonard, Ralph, Phillip, Ester wood and Henry Arthur Taylor; a granddaughter, Brandi Barnett; and three nephews: Theodore Taylor, Luther Ray Taylor and Tyron VaShawn Taylor, Jr.
SURVIVORS:
4 children: Annetta Young, Michael Lee Hall, Martha Linton and Anthony “Tony” Taylor
6 grandchildren: Lanetta (Lamont Cecil, Corie Barnett, Harold Jermaine Barnett, Sheldon Taylor (Chantini) Owens, Tyron Taylor and Marquita Taylor

Funeral Service: Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 1:00pmET at the First Baptist Church on Broadway on Campbellsville with Pastor Tyrone Johnson officiating
Interment: Pleasant Run Cemetery in Green County
Visitation: After 11:00amET on Saturday at the church
