6 grandchildren: Michelle Shelton of Columbia, Gregory Swierczek of Campbellsville, Nick Swayne, Kaila Madson both of Glasgow, Sarah Madson, and Johnathan Madson both of Campbellsville.

Burial: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
Visitation: 5:00pm-7:00pmCT on Thursday at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7:00amCT on Friday
